What foods can I eat?

Firstly, if you are on medication then keep taking your medication as prescribed. We do not prescribe or adjust medicine dosages. This is your GP’s field.

You will be eating heaps of live raw fruits like apples, bananas, mango, raisins and grapes. Heaps of vegetables like celery, cucumber, tomatoes, lettuces. Meals like salads, smoothies and juices. If you do not have a juicer, you can do this program without doing the juices. You are allowed to eat some animal protein, but we will be focused on a low fat diet to maximise health recovery. You will need to restrict caffeine to once per day maximum and restrict alcohol to once per week.

What is your experience? In 20 years we have worked with every common mental health issue that you know of and have a 90% success rate at reversing these issues.

What if I have a function in the middle of the program? You can have a cheat meal during the challenge if you need to but be sensible. Also you can adjust your challenge start date if needed. Remember, just because you have a day or two away doesn’t mean that you can’t have 12 good days on the program. Looking after your mental health is a full time job whether you are away or not.

Do I have to cook two separate meals? Not at all. If your family loves foods like potatoes, sweet potato, pastas and curries along with animal protein they will survive just fine!

What if I don’t like the meal plan? Can I adjust it? Yes we will help you to adjust your meal plan if you need. It’s easy enough to remove certain foods if you can’t tolerate them.

Fresh food is expensive! They can be, but just stick to your budget as required.

Can I have coffee? Yes you can have 1 cup per day on this plan, but for best results we suggest you replace with herbal teas.
