“What type of food do I need to eat? Will it fit with my family?”
You will eat normal foods like fruit & veges and lean meat like chicken. You do not have to prepare two seperate meals and you will not need to starve yourself!”
“Do I need extra supplements?”
We recommend some basic supplements, but these are optional.
