We have morning and lunchtime classes available running for 45 minutes each. Classes are held at 45 Cliff Road.

Do I need to be fit?

No. You can be an absolute beginner. Steve will personalise the exercises to suit your fitness level and work around any pre-existing injuries or limitations.

What type of exercises do you do?

We will use weights, kettlebell exercises, core exercises and boxing. We also perform regular strength fitness testing to monitor your progress and motivate you.

How long do I have to sign up for?

You will need to sign up for six weeks minimum, unless you join on a concession card basis. After you have reached your six week membership length you can continue the classes for as long as you like.

What do I need to bring?

A water bottle, exercise shoes, sweat towel and comfy workout clothing.

Where are the classes?

45 Cliff Road Tauranga. Green and white building at the car park.
