Welcome to Module One – In this lesson, Steve introduces you to his background and ties this experience into the concept of self sabotage through emotional burden.

When you feel triggered into an emotional stress response, a stress hormone is released in the body pushing you toward fight or flight response.

Emotions such as bitterness, anger, frustration, resentment and hate can hold you back and result in emotional eating, yoyo dieting gambling, drug taking, shop therapy, over exercising.

Steve explains more in this video and gives you the first key step to take control and eliminate self sabotage.
