What We Do At Class
At our Boxing fitness bootcamp in Tauranga, we not only use boxing as a core exercise, but also kickboxing, kettlebell exercises, bodyweight suspension and powerbands. We have an indoor and and outdoor location.

We have morning and lunchtime classes available running for 45 minutes each. Classes are held at 45 Cliff Road.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be fit?
No. You can be an absolute beginner. Steve will personalise the exercises to suit your fitness level and work around any pre-existing injuries or limitations.
What type of exercises do you do?
Boxing, kickboxing, skipping, weights, kettlebell exercises, core exercises and mobility. We also perform regular fitness testing to monitor your progress and motivate you.
How long do I have to sign up for?
You will need to sign up for six weeks minimum at the weekly rate, unless you join on a concession card basis. After you have reached your six week membership length you can continue the classes for as long as you like. To terminate your agreement, please provide two weeks notice before leaving.
What do I need to bring?
A water bottle, exercise shoes, sweat towel and comfy workout clothing.

45 Cliff Road Tauranga. Green and white building on the car park.
