If your family members want to eat a little bit of animal protein, that’s ok. I’ve taken that into consideration too. It’s all about making things as easy as possible.
What foods can I eat?
Firstly, you do not need any expensive supplements. If you are on medication then keep taking your medication as prescribed.
You will be eating heaps of live raw fruits like apples, bananas and mango, and vegetables like celery, cucumber, tomatoes, cabbages and lettuces.
Meals like plant based chocolate smoothies, GF pastas, burrito bowls, curries, plant based mac n cheese to name a few. The meal plan is dairy free, egg free and gluten free. The food is accessible from your supermarket.
The great thing about this program is that you can eat as much of the prescribed healing foods as you need to.

Raw 'til 4 Fast Weightloss Formula FAQ's
My family won’t eat raw food! Your family can continue eating the way they like if they choose. The evening meal is a nice cooked meal and can include some animal protein for them if required.
What if I have a function in the middle of the challenge? You can have a cheat meal during the challenge if you need to but be sensible. Also you can adjust your challenge start date if needed.
Do I have to cook two separate meals? Not at all. If your family loves foods like potatoes, sweet potato, pastas and curries they will survive just fine!
What if I don’t like the meal plan? Can I adjust it? Yes we will help you to adjust your meal plan if you need. It’s easy enough to remove certain foods if you can’t tolerate them.
Fresh food is expensive! They can be, but just stick to your budget as required.
Can I have coffee? Yes you can have 1 cup per day on this plan, but for best results we suggest you replace with herbal teas.
Can I Have A Cheat meal? Yes you can have one cheat meal per week of whatever food you like.
I have food intolerances – will this be a problem? The plan is dairy free, wheat free and egg free. If you suffer intolerances this plan will help to heal your gut. The length of time to heal these issues vary from person to person.
I struggle to digest raw food! If this is the case then you have a digestion issue – the food is not the problem, the digestion is the issue. We’ll help you specifically if this is a problem.
Doesn’t fruit have lots of sugar? Yes fruit has natural sugar and these natural sugars are essential to healing. These sugars do not cause diabetes.
