Did you know, every year during the Christmas break I used to gain five kilos in just three weeks….. Crazy right.
Each year before Christmas I would train and diet hard to build a beach-ready body. I gave up alcohol, bread, lollies, ate healthy and trained hard.
But as soon as I got to Christmas day I would pig out – and it wasn’t just one day – it was day after day on left over food and alcohol.
But once I stood on those scales in mid January, oh my……the GUILT! The FRUSTRATION! The ANGER at myself!

- I won’t have access to healthy food where I’m going! – The food is going to be super easy, and our 8 secrets are going to teach you how to navigate these issues. If you like fruits and vegetables then you will love this!
- I’ll have to cook two separate meals! – The family will love the food you prepare, so you won’t need to cook separately.
- Do I have to weigh my food? – You don’t need to weigh food. Our portion sizes are so easy to follow. There is no calorie counting either.
- I’m travelling for the holidays! – As you can see by Lynda’s around the world cruise, this won’t matter. You can implement these rules wherever you are.
- Do I need to be perfect with my diet – The goal is maintenance. You will be able to indulge throughout the break, but we will help you create balance with our tricks. We even have lots of yummy desert recipes for you to try.
- Healthy food is expensive! – You’ll be able to adjust this plan to suit your family budget.
- Will I need a gym to exercise? – You won’t need to do any exercise in a gym at all. You won’t even need any equipment.
