Did you know that up to 90% of our serotonin (happy hormone) is made in the gut?

For us to produce plenty of serotonin, we need plenty of beneficial gut bacteria – that’s why we need plenty of fruits and vegetables!

When we consume junk food like burgers and fries and pizza and white bread, followed by buckets of coke or beer, our beneficial gut bacteria is killed off. This has dire consequences for both our mental and physical health.
