Steve Jennings:
Your health is in excellent hands! Steve has utilised a combination of science, alternative research, 16+ years of experience and common sense to create a unique approach for his coaching. He knows what he’s talking about and wants to help other people achieve significant breakthroughs with their individual issues.
Background
Steve’s passion with health coaching began when he was ten years old where he was the youngest of five children in a very poor household with a single parent. His mother suffered chronic fatigue syndrome and was often bed-ridden so Steve became the primary caregiver for their family. Unfortunately, he lost one brother to a mining accident and another brother to suicide just before Steve’s wedding. It was a tumultuous family situation and for many years he wrestled with the burning question – why was he on this really difficult life journey?
As Steve moved into his early thirties he also held deep resentment and bitterness toward his estranged father. One day waking emotionally drained from all the negative feelings around this he finally asked himself,
“There must be a better way… this approach is not solving anything. I penned a very honest letter to my father and decided that showing forgiveness was my path forward (with a lot of practice and determination). We are now on pleasant terms and by turning this emotional corner it improved my overall health.” Steve Jennings.
Heidi Jennings:
Steve’s wife Heidi works in the business alongside Steve and is a strong advocate (and testimony) for Steve’s methodology generating success when traditional medicine failed her. Heidi has helped her clients achieve life-changing results through her specialised Plant-Based programmes.
Background
Heidi has suffered with multiple health issues and hospital visits. Conversations with his mother-in-law lead to a real epiphany for Steve,
“During Heidi’s health crisis she asked how I cope with this situation, stay strong, positive and keep my cool with this load that I was carrying. I replied that I’ve been through all of this before. By physically saying this out loud made me realise that the adversity and stress throughout my life had prepared me to be resilient and stay in control in this journey as my wife’s sole carer.” Steve Jennings.
